Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Damn Inuyashiki gave off Terminator vibes at the end of the episode.
Hiro went fucking ruthless on that innocent family. What a fucking Psychopath. I couldn't force myself to watch the little brother drown. Should've spared the girl cuz she watches One Piece smh. -_-
LOOOOOOL So the antagonist is a fucking psychopath that got powers and started killing random people just to "feel alive" okay from 5/10 to 4/10 hope i won't drop it at the 3rd episode.
I was kinda excited to meet who the other transformed guy was. So when they introduced Hiro in the beginning i thought "i like him" but then he went on to kill an innocent family...? Just to make sure he was alive...? These are the sorta villains i dislike. I like Inuyashiki better. He's a nice, kind man. It's good to see exact opposite characters as protagonist n antagonist though. Now let's see how the anime progresses.
This grandpa decided to drive 20kmh in a car when he probably can figure out how to run super fast to save the girl. That's worse than the boring personality of the antagonist.
Dunno why everyone's crying about the voice acting. It's different from most other anime but it's not bad. It sounds believable enough.
The CGI is also pretty good. It looks fine on machinery but human CGI looks wonky at times. I'm watching the Blu-ray version but I don't think it's too different from the TV version probably.
I can't tell how many times I've watched Hiro shooting up the whole family clip on Facebook since this episode first aired. Watching it now still gives me chills. It feels good to finally start this anime after putting it off for 5 years... Could've sworn this anime is newer than that but it's already half a decade old, damn.
OMG This was crazy good!!! In the beginning I just thought they'd work together but no, this just makes it a million times better. One uses his powers for good and one for complete evil. Sishigami is a complete psycho... That bath scene was gruesome and sad like wtf. Crazy one piece fanboy xd
This has some serious Death Note vibes, Sishigami resembling Light except that unlike Light he kills good people for no reason whatsoever, so...
Jesus, what the hell? Dude was fanboying one piece while killing people left, right, and centre... which was absolutely insane.
Hiro randomly barging in and shooting the entire family to death isn't an act we should include under the bracket of him being a "psychopath", because that still feels generous. I mean I can't get that scene of the little kid drowning under his dad's corpse out of my mind.
Thought would joke about references and all but this turned really dark, literally. Also, the voice acting might not feel the "usual" we're used to, but it's working fine.
Hiro's voice really sounds like your typical actual highschool boy, not that I could determine whether that's a fact or not.
Hiro is a stark contrast to Ichiro, the old man. He's a young high schooler with a good social life and some close friends. Whilst Ichiro found his humanity in his new body by saving and helping others, Hiro found his humanity by artificially empathizing with those in great distress, of course, one brought about by his own doing.
Not caring for the deaths of those who he does not consider his friends or family is one thing, but to go out and mercilessly slaughter innocent family members in cold-blooded fashion is something more twisted and cruel. He's not normal, he's a full-on psychopath trying to feel human by forsaking the lives of others. He's not even bothered to enact his deranged pursuit on those who may deserve it like scums who live to torment others, but on some random family in a random middle-classed neighbourhood.
If all One Piece fans got their bodies altered into a superweapon, we might be seeing a worldwide BANG BANG BANG in action.
